ADOPT-A-SONG Our next CD project is already in the works. Our next music project will be titled "Sequel" and is scheduled for tentative release in early 2006. We came up with the idea of having an "adopt-a-song" campaign to help finance this undertaking. You, or your church group, can donate funds for the recording of a particular song. At this time we have the following songs up for adoption: 1) "You Gave You" This will be an upbeat rock song that will also be used for the credits of the mini-movie "The Sinner," to be recorded by Ninety9Left. 2) "I Want to Know You": a quiet song that shares the desire to know God and to share his love. This song will be recorded by Betsy Muehlhoff, who recorded "Cover Me" on our first project. 3) "A Father's Love" is a story song that talks about the great love of our heavenly Father who gave His Son - something we would never do. Also an upbeat song to be recorded by Ninety9Left. 4) We will be recording another Brian Timothy song that has yet to be written. It may perhaps be the song "Hero" which is in early stages. Brian wrote and recorded "Bring It" for our first project. 5) We will be recording a version of the classic hymn "My Jesus I Love Thee" with a counter melody modern praise chorus. It will feature many of the artists that will be on the Sequel CD. It will be our project finale song. 6) Our friend Chuck Rice, from the Dayton, Ohio area, has written a beautiful song called "Bow Before the Cross" which was inspired by our painting "The Sacrifice." Cliff Lambert will be recording this praise and worship chorus. 7) This summer we will be writing and recording a dramatic soundtrack for the mini-movie "The Sinner." This instrumental piece will be between 10-15 minutes long depending on how the video fits together. Each of these songs will cost approx. $500 with the exception of the mini-movie soundtrack which will be around $1,000. If you would want to underwrite a song, or underwrite a portion of a song, we would love to hear from you. What a great way to impact people over and over again through the dynamic medium of music - all for God's glory!
