We debuted our new presentation "TRUTH" which is performed in each concert right after intermission. It has been well received by every audience so far - for which we give the Lord thanks! If the tour happens to pass through your city I would love to have you stop in and say hello! We have just posted dates and locations for the spring tour on our event calendar. TRUTH STUFF Our new Casting Crowns painting, TRUTH, will soon be featured on a fine art print and on t-shirts. Look for them on the spring leg of the Crowns tour. Keep watching our web site for updates. CHANGE for a CHANGE Please be praying for us as we make preparations, and raise the funds needed to go to Italy for about two weeks next summer. We have been in contact with the missionaries there and everything is starting to come together. It is our intent to proclaim Jesus Christ through street evangelistic meetings and also at a US Naval base there. Pray that many would come to Christ. If you would like to help us financially we would appreciate your help. You can send a check (made out to Splat Experience) to our mailing address at 872 W 700 S, Claypool, Indiana 46510. Please put "Change for a Change" in the subject line. We are grateful for all of you who have given us donations already. MORE INTERNATIONAL TELEVISION We were thrilled to perform on a TBN program, The First to Know, earlier this year. We have been invited back to perform our presentation "The Little Drummer Boy" this December and then again in April to perform "The Sacrifice" for Easter. Through the first broadcast we have been able to send our DVD of Above All to South Korea, South Africa, Ireland, Scotland and all over the world! Pray that God would use the video for His glory! Look for us on December 14th! Through TBN we will also be performing at the Holy Land Adventure Theme Park in Orlando, Florida during the first week of January 2008. A NEW DVD SINGLE AVAILABLE We have released our presentation "The Sacrifice" on DVD as a single like the Above All single. This performance was done live at the 2005 Pro-Life Music Festival and incorporates some friends at the end. You will want to order your copy today! This DVD will also have some extras including: a sneak peek at Merry Mas, music videos for Cover Me and Wait For You (a new Brian Timothy song you just have to hear!) and a behind the scenes look at the filming of this DVD project. Please pray that the Lord would continue to bless us as continue working on the DVD project. And as always, please continue to pray for our ministry as well in the following ways: 1) That the Lord would open doors for us to minister. WHICH HE HAS DONE! 2) That many would be drawn into worship through our ministry, and that the focus would remain on glorifying the Lord. 3) That some may be confronted with Jesus Christ for the first time and that they would choose to accept Him as their personal Savior. 4) That the Lord's hand of blessing would be on our ministry. We are thankful for your faithful prayer support! Pray for us every day and drop us a line to let us know you are praying for us at marc@splatexperience.com. DEVOTIONAL PRAISING AND CURSING Before every Casting Crowns concert the tour family (bands, crew and staff) get to together for devotions. Different people lead the devotions each day. I had the chance to lead on October 19th. I shared a verse with everyone that I had read recently. It was James 3:9 - "With the tongue we praise our Lord and Father, and with it we curse men, who have been made in God's likeness. Out of the same mouth come praise and cursing. My brothers, this should not be." If we should not both praise and curse with our tongues what should we do? Every night when Leeland goes on stage he starts the same. He sings, "Sing unto the Lord sing it!" His encouragement is to have everyone sing those words just as he had. I didn't want to put words in Leeland's mouth, but I think he was saying, "Use your tongues to sing praise to the Lord - now do it!" I have been challenged to watch how I use my tongue - as I seek to praise the Lord, setting an example for others regarding praising and cursing. THANK YOU Thank you for your continued prayer support for the ministry. We are excited with what the Lord is doing through us, and what He has called us to do. Take a look at our event calendar and see how the Lord is taking our ministry all across the country for His glory!!! Thank you for telling your pastors and friends about the Christian performance art ministry of Splat Experience. As we grow as a ministry we depend on your help and prayerful support to fulfill the work God has called us to do - encourage worship in the church and tell others about the Lord Jesus Christ.
