Booking
 

Drive to Events: For events within a five hour drive from our headquarters in northern Indiana.

      • First step is to settle on a date.

      • We will charge a mileage fee for the round trip from Warsaw, Indiana to your location at $.50/mile.

      • For drive to events we will bring our wall, paint, canvas, and all supplies and materials.

      • The first painting at your event is $750, with each additional painting priced at $500.

      • Hotel accommodations and food is required.

      • A 50% deposit will officially book your event.

Fly to Events: For events where we are required to fly.

      • First step is to settle on a date.

      • We will send you an airline ticket for you to purchase from either Fort Wayne International Airport, or South Bend International Airport, whichever is cheaper. The purchase of the airline ticket is your deposit for the event.

      • We will send you a pdf that defines how our wall is to be built as well as what materials and supplies you will need to purchase or provide.

      • The first painting at your event is $750, with each additional painting priced at $500.

      • Transportation from and to the airport, hotel and food is required.

NOTE: if you can partner with another event during a trip some costs may be shared.
